Over the next two months, there will be several continued improvements to the software look and while trimming the fat, it appears we may have cut into some meat.  Our commitment during this process is to react quickly and transparently to keep your business running smoothly and continue to drive efficiencies. When the rubber meets the road and this transformation is complete, our users will enjoy exciting, yet familiar workspaces that are both powerful and easier to use.

Why are you doing this?

If you will indulge me, I would like to give you some background.  SellerVantage historically has been a platform with a focus on consignment and quite frankly neglected over the past couple of years. Recently our stakeholders along with the on-boarding of some key partners have paved the way to streamline the application with a goal of delivering a second to none user experience that allows you to run your business at a high level with the greatest efficiency.

Where is the communication?

It is obvious that our communication has been lacking as we hastily released the retail workflow last week, which came with the new dashboard and the powerful items table.  Moving forward we promise an openness  in communicating upcoming changes with at least a 48 hour notice. We are introducing a beta program where select users can have access to try out and provide feedback on new features. If you would like to be included on our beta program please send us an email at support@sellervantage.com.

What to  expect next?

Over the next several months we are continuing the migration of our new look and replacing some dated technology so the application will be both easier, faster and compatible with mobile devices and desktops.

When will you finish?

The short answer is never. However, the major foundational elements have been laid and large workflow impacts will be minimal. Our goal is on one word ORGANIZATION.

I look forward to continued success together.

John Howard, Product Manager
